Shrodinger's Cat Part 5

Where does one get this state S? It is a solution to the Quantum Equation of Motion, which factors in the force fields at play in a physical system. All you need to know is that S is the prediction of Quantum theory. It tells you the PROBABILITY that the cat will be either alive or dead at some time T, since the time "t" is actually a variable in the solution S.

Now my question is this? Where is there any implication that the cat is both dead and alive before you open it? Leave aside any philosophical or logical "proof" that this conclusion would be absurd. I only ask now: Where is that implied by the analysis? Nowhere, unless -- and this is key --- you first start with the equation and do not have a physical interpretation.
