Relativity means that everyone must give the same general explanation of what is going on, no matter what their motion is. If you observe something to happen, your explanation and/or description of it must be the same as another person who is moving relative to you.
More specifically for Science, if you perform an experiment on some physical system and propose some Physics to explain the results, then someone else who is in MOTION relative to you has to be able to apply the same Physics to explain the same physical system and the experiment on it.
Even more specifically, if the Physics you propose has equations, then those equations must explain and correctly describe and PREDICT the same things about the physical system as someone else in MOTION who is using the SAME equations.
