George's motion, relative to you, is also 32 downwards. But he does not see an Apple being pulled by gravity. He sees an apple floating in front of him, with no motion at all. You see an apple falling, and he does not. Does that violate the principle of Relativity? Only if the laws of gravitational Physics say that gravity must necessarily make things accelerate or move. The apple is not moving for George. It is not only moving but also accelerating relative to you.
But Einstein's General Relativity, his theory of gravity, does not do that. What it does, among other things, is describe what is happening when either you or George try to alter the apple's motion.
