Fractal and Horton Hears A Who

Who knows which fractal pattern represents the way matter-energy (or whatever you want to call the "material" of reality) condenses to form structures. However, one thing I am very sure of:

Base "Scott Adams" Reality is infinite IN SCALE, both as you zoom into the quantum realm and as you zoom out into the galactic Big Bang scale.

My real question is this: If you are at a magnification scale level (for instance, on a computer screen) where an electron is one inch away from the proton of a Hydrogen atom, for example, how many times do you have to theoretically ZOOM IN to finally see another Hydrogen atom with an electron one inch away from the proton?

Is the change in scale related to Planck's constant "h"?
